Simply go the the log-in page, click forgot password, then type in your registered email address and a new password will be sent to you. The password can be changed when you sign in your account.

An order confirmation will be sent to your registered email account once your order has been successfully transmitted. You can always check your order status by signing into your account and selecting the option "History" to check if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held. 

You will also be able to track the shipment status by typing in your unique airway bill number which we emailed to you.

Daydream Nation strives to maintain sufficient stock of items listed on our site, yet it is inexorable that occasional sold-out of certain items, colors or sizes does happen. If in any case an item you have ordered is out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Gift certificates on predetermined dollar amounts are available for purchase on our site. After purchase, you may choose to email the gift certificate to a friend with a personalized note. You may also print the gift voucher and deliver it yourself.  Gift vouchers can be used for any purchase online and do not expire.

To redeem a voucher you should go through the checkout process and enter the Gift Voucher code on the final PayPal payment page.

Sales of all products are final, non-refundable and non-returnable once order is placed and payments have been received.  All associated shipping costs, including taxes or duty, are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Daydream Nation cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. You are advised to check with customs of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order.

If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Daydream Nation at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.
